My own site, in four parts. Leader, podcaster, builder, human. Twenty years of engineering, the Lead From Here Podcast, the products on this shelf, and writing about the intersection of building great technology and developing the people who build it.

A personal site has to do two jobs that pull against each other: show a career in engineering leadership and show a shelf of things I’ve actually shipped. Most résumé sites do one, and portfolio sites do the other.
Four sections that don’t pretend to be one thing. Leader carries the career — Bullhorn, Build-A-Bear, Paradowski, the numbers behind the turnarounds. Podcaster carries the show. Builder is the studio listing of what’s live and what’s in development. Human is the rest. There’s a newsletter and long-form articles on engineering, AI implementation and leadership. Perfect is the enemy of done.
